**Location:** Based in Ashland, KY

**Employment Type:** Full-time

Pay Range:

+ **Shop:** $20.00/hr

+ **Field:** $25.00/hr (with potential for increases based on performance) **Schedule:** Mix of shop and field work with travel required

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise pipe fitting tasks

+ Perform shop and field work with flexibility to travel as needed

+ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

+ Maintain safety and quality standards in all work environments

+ Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic daily

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

+ Minimum 2 years of pipe fitting experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Willingness to travel for field assignments

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Have

+ Experience with industrial or commercial pipe systems

+ Familiarity with welding or fabrication tools

+ OSHA safety training or certifications
