Our client, a leader in procurement and supply chain management, is seeking a Procurement Analyst I to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst I, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting supplier data management and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Procurement Analyst I

**Location:** Remote, CA

Pay Range: $40.00

**Shift:** First Shift, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

+ Clean-up and consolidate supplier records across two Oracle ERP systems into a single, accurate database.

+ Analyze large data extracts to identify duplicates and opportunities for data consolidation.

+ Contact suppliers to confirm or update profile information, including parent/child relationships.

+ Recommend and execute actions to deactivate or consolidate supplier profiles to ensure data integrity.

+ Review supplier profile submissions for accuracy and compliance with data management procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets.

+ High attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and variations.

+ Strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external suppliers.

+ Ability to follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements.

+ Experience with ERP systems or supplier records management is preferred.
