    Customer Service & Order Management Role (Hybrid) - Title

    Schedule:

    + **Training:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + **Post-training:** 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM **Location:** Hybrid (onsite/remote mix)

    Key Responsibilities

    •** **Order Management & CRM

    + Handle Lead-to-Cash processes (quotes, orders, complaints)

    + Monitor blocked/backorders and support on-time delivery

    + Ensure high customer service standards and meet KPIs

    •️** **Operational Excellence

    + Identify and implement process improvements

    + Promote digital tools (Eshop, E-Procurement, etc.)

    + Support audit documentation and compliance

    + Collaborate with internal teams (SCM, Sales, Tech Service)

    •** **Personal Development

    + Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

    + Participate in ERP/CRM and soft skills training

    Qualifications

    + Degree/Diploma in Science preferred

    + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

    + Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes

    + Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

    + ERP system knowledge preferred
