Advertising/Posting Title Technical Support Specialist
Posting Summary
Assist with computer/network and software related support for the campus-wide CATcard program and provide training and operational support to end users. Set door access scheduling and maintain door hardware inventory and track access control projects.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree in a related area and one to three years of related experience required (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Ability to accurately perform detailed record keeping activities required. Valid driver’s license and driver’s check required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under
pressure of deadlines and customer service needs required.
Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of campus card systems desirable. Knowledge of a variety of software (databases, word-processing, spreadsheets, graphics), computer hardware, and Windows and iOS operating systems desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range $23.07-$26.67

On-call rotation required for position
Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Background Check required for this position
