We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Technician to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies including lasers, microscopes, and precision test equipment. We provide extensive training, so you can develop valuable technical skills while working in a clean, modern, and fully air-conditioned laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble and prepare materials to meet quality requirements using work instructions, prints, and assembly aids.
+ Label, package, and complete required quality documentation for finished products.
+ Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup/changeovers.
+ Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensional and cosmetic accuracy.
+ Record production data accurately in Labortrak software.
+ Follow ISO quality system requirements and maintain compliance at all times.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.
+ Comfortable working independently to meet schedules and deadlines.
+ Basic computer and math skills.
+ Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality.
+ Team player who is willing to assist colleagues.
+ Prior experience with small-scale mechanical assembly or disassembly is a plus.
+ Experience using measurement tools to verify product quality preferred.
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
+ Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow with us.
