    We are seeking a **_Senior Transportation Project Manager to_** grow our Transportation Engineering team in our **Dublin, OH** office. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, QA/QC, construction, and client service to successfully execute transportation projects. ​

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.

    + Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.

    + Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

    + Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.

    + Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.

    + Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.

    + Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.

    + Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.

    What You'll Bring

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

    + Active Professional Engineering License

    + 10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects

    + 10+ years of experience as a PM desired

    + hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.

    Salary Range:

    120,000 - 145,000
