    Salary: $43.27 per hour, DOE

    Primary Duties:

    This Deputy Attorney General position advises the Department of Insurance and works with Department staff to enforce applicable laws and rules through court and administrative proceedings.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Admission to the Idaho State Bar and a member in good standing.

    + Minimum two years of relevant legal and technical work experience or coursework.

    + No prior legal insurance experience is needed.

    + Excellent research, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data in a professional and ethical manner.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Experience with public speaking and presentations.
