    A leading real estate firm is looking for a skilled paralegal with proven expertise in title, escrow, and commercial real estate transactions.

    Daily Duties:

    • Conducting title, survey, zoning, entitlement, and entity authority due diligence

    • Managing escrow processes, settlement statements, and full transaction closings — including post-closing documentation

    • Preparing and organizing corporate filings, consents, and resolutions

    • Overseeing document management, from creating databases to maintaining data rooms

    Requirements

    •What We’re Looking For:

    • At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate law with a track record of handling complex transactions

    • Knowledge of title & survey best practices within commercial real estate

    • Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
