    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a contract position. In this role, you will assist customers through a ticketing system, ensuring their issues are resolved with care and efficiency. Based in San Francisco, California, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and representing their voice within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide thorough support through a ticketing system.

    • Assist customers experiencing device issues by guiding them through replacement processes and available resources.

    • Offer detailed explanations of product features and usage to enhance customer understanding.

    • Troubleshoot app, device, and WiFi connectivity issues to resolve technical problems.

    • Manage warranty claims and oversee product return processes efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to advocate for customer needs and improve processes.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering compassionate and effective service.

    • Monitor and document customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product improvements.

     

    Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote support environment.

     

    • Proficiency in using customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

    • Adaptability to change and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud technologies is a plus.

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database management.
