    Description Robert Half is seeking an accounting clerk with experience posting cash for our client in outer Portland, border of Gresham. This is a contract role with potential to convert to a permanent position. This client works fully onsite, and no remote capabilities are offered.

    What you'll do:

    Data entry related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Post Customer payments daily in Accounting ERP. Numerous account reconciliations as assigned (will train) vehicle administration. Communications Management - monitor inbox Additional administrative duties as assigned by various members of finance team Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Fundamental understanding of accounting Prefer 3+ years of experience. Experience can be a combination of college coursework and relevant work experience. Accounting software, excel. word and other software skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others Some overtime/flexibility in schedule needed to complete month end activities
