    Description

    Robert Half is seeking IT Operations Support Coordinators for upcoming contract opportunities in the Charlotte market. This role blends IT and administrative skills, supporting enterprise technology teams in infrastructure rollouts, hardware logistics, and operational projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with IT hardware inventory, ordering, and deployment.

    + Support user onboarding/offboarding with equipment setup and access.

    + Track and update IT documentation and asset management records.

    + Coordinate scheduling, vendor interactions, and IT process updates.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of IT operations or coordination experience.

    + Familiarity with IT hardware, ticketing systems, and asset tracking tools.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Eagerness to grow into broader IT operations roles.
