    Description We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to clients in a fast-paced call center environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting both new and existing clients with their inquiries and transactions.

    • Perform full-service banking transactions in adherence to legal requirements and company policies.

    • Represent the organization with a friendly, proactive, and helpful demeanor during all customer interactions.

    • Handle cash and daily transactions with precision and accuracy.

    • Meet sales and referral targets by identifying customer needs and connecting them to relevant bank staff for additional products or services.

    • Maintain prescribed limits for currency and coin while ensuring proper handling.

    • Follow company security protocols and safeguard confidential client and bank information.

    • Actively promote and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

    • Utilize Office tools effectively to manage records and communication. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or banking environment.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs efficiently.

    • Familiarity with cash handling and banking transaction processes.

    • Ability to meet sales and referral goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

    • Proficiency in Office applications.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    • Knowledge of security protocols and confidentiality practices within the banking industry.
