Description We are looking for an experienced IT Director to spearhead the development of innovative digital strategies that align with our business objectives. Based in Danboro, Pennsylvania, this leadership role will focus on modernizing operations, driving technological advancements, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and the ability to implement transformative initiatives across a global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to advance organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead the adoption of AI, Data Science, and Automation tools to drive innovation and optimize business processes.

• Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business needs.

• Establish and maintain a robust IT infrastructure to support scalable growth and global operations.

• Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficient technology investments.

• Provide strategic leadership to the IT department, fostering innovation and growth.

• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations across all digital platforms.

• Build strong partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders to enhance technological capabilities. Requirements • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, such as IT Director or CIO, within a complex organization.

• Expertise in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business transformation.

• Strong knowledge of AI, Data Science, Automation tools, and CRM systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale IT projects.

• Excellent strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to global operations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
