    We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team in New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to optimize processes and drive impactful results. This role is ideal for a skilled individual with a passion for digital marketing and experience in campaign coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and streamline workflows.

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and lead nurturing strategies.

    • Identify and target specific audiences to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

    • Manage various campaign elements, such as scheduling, creative briefs, production, targeting, list selection, fulfillment, tracking, and pre/post-campaign analysis.

    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics like KPIs and conversion rates.

    • Collaborate with marketing managers and creative teams to understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery.

    • Plan and organize marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and goals.

    • Contribute to the enhancement of best practices and governance programs within the marketing team.

    • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and coordination.

    Requirements • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools.

     

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Excellent communication, writing, and editing abilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work with diverse teams.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.

    • Experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

    • Marketing automation certifications and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are highly desirable. Innovation starts with people.®
