Description

We have partnered with a longstanding plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in downtown Minneapolis that is seeking to add a Legal Assistant to their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling personal injury matters.

+ Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

+ Manage case files, medical records, and client documentation.

+ Coordinate communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

+ Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and maintaining trial binders.

+ Calendar and track deadlines, hearings, and court dates.

+ Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2–4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in personal injury law.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
