About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-driven Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and enhance the accounts payable function. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage the full AP cycle including invoice processing, payments, expense reimbursements, and vendor communications.

+ Serve as the main point of contact for finance stakeholders and ensure smooth AP operations.

+ Monitor and report AP performance metrics to senior leadership.

+ Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and internal controls.

+ Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and other departments to streamline AP processes.

+ Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.

+ Champion automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency.

+ Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies promptly.

+ Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

+ Experience managing offshore or outsourced finance teams, ideally within a BPO setting.

+ Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and AP compliance.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
