Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Process Administrator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in assisting customers who are behind on their payments by understanding their situations and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide appropriate solutions.

• Evaluate whether customers should be referred to specialized support groups or offered payment plan options.

• Maintain a structured schedule to ensure consistent coverage, including adherence to assigned breaks and lunch periods.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Utilize your knowledge and experience to resolve payment-related issues effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and service goals.

• Stay organized and document all customer interactions accurately.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

• Support the team by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive work environment. Requirements • Strong background in customer service, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in sales, payment processing, or door-to-door sales is a plus.

• Comfortable adhering to a structured schedule, including assigned breaks.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
