• Part Time Data Entry Clerk

    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our records. This position requires precision and a strong focus on maintaining data quality in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter and update various types of data into computer systems with high accuracy.

    • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.

    • Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve data entry goals.

    • Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies in data.

    • Follow established procedures and protocols for data entry tasks.

    • Support other administrative functions as needed to streamline operations.

    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Utilize numeric and alphanumeric typing skills to process large volumes of data efficiently. Requirements

     

    Must be able to work a PART TIME ~25 hour/ week schedule. With EVENING 5p-10pm availability

     

    • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

    • Strong typing skills, with proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry.

    • Familiarity with computer systems and data management software.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
