About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, designing and maintaining BI dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem-solver with advanced data visualization skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategy.

+ Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.

+ Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to uncover trends and opportunities.

+ Optimize existing Power BI reports for performance and scalability.

+ Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through quality checks and validation processes.

+ Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and business leaders to enhance reporting infrastructure and data pipelines.

+ Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that drive business decision-making.

+ Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in BI reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years of Power BI development experience.

+ Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and Excel.

+ Strong background in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.

+ Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

+ Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
