Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Reston, Virginia, and offers an exciting opportunity to manage contracts with a focus on federal and government sectors. Responsibilities:

• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.

• Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements.

• Ensure compliance with federal and government regulations in all contractual dealings.

• Monitor and administer existing contracts to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract strategies with business objectives.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management and execution.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all contractual activities.

• Provide guidance and expertise on government contracting processes and requirements.

• Develop and implement best practices for efficient contract administration.

• Establish strong relationships with external partners and clients to facilitate contract success.

Requirements • Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.

• Expertise in handling federal and government contracts.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to government contracting.

• Ability to draft clear and concise contract documents.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in managing complex contract processes and resolving disputes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
