    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team, focusing on hiring top talent for the manufacturing and production industry.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across manufacturing and production functions.

    + Source high-quality candidates using various platforms, including job boards, ATS systems, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques.

    + Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job announcements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

    + Build relationships with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    + Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing/production space to identify trends and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.

    + Maintain regular communication with hiring teams and provide updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

    Requirements

    + Experience: At least 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with specific expertise in recruiting for manufacturing, production, or related industries.

    + Industry Savvy: Familiarity with the roles and skills common in manufacturing/production, such as assemblers, operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors.

    + Recruitment Skills: Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting behavioral interviews, and utilizing ATS/recruiting platforms.

    + Soft Skills: Proficient in building strong relationships, prioritizing, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

    + Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools).

    + Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
