    Description Position: Software Engineer - Full Stack (Mobile-First, Backend-Focused)

     

    Salary: up to $160,000 base annual salary + bonus + excellent benefits

    We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who’s passionate about backend architecture, mobile innovation, and building scalable systems that power intuitive user experiences. You’ll be part of a small, agile team driving product discovery, development, and delivery.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design and build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

    • Develop mobile apps with Flutter and web interfaces with React.js.

    • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into reality.

    • Own features end-to-end—from concept to deployment.

    • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in full-stack or product engineering roles.

    • Strong backend development skills (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs).

    • Hands-on experience with Flutter and React.js.

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

    • Agile mindset and experience in startup or product-led environments.

    • Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action.
