    Description

    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and platforms. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and experienced with both hardware and software support in a corporate environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware.

    + Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.

    + Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other systems.

    + Document support requests and solutions using the ticketing system.

    + Support hardware/software rollouts, system upgrades, and IT projects as needed.

    + Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when appropriate.

    + Maintain an excellent standard of customer service while supporting internal staff.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.

    + Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.

    + Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

    + Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
