    THE POSITION

    Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Cardiac Service Line Director, where you will lead and innovate within our cardiology department to enhance patient care and outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will provide o versight to ensure the success of Cardiovascular Services through coordination, integration, of invasive diagnostic, non-invasive diagnostic, interventional procedures, surgical procedures and other services deemed critical to yield successful outcomes. You will develop, lead and execute the strategic direction of the Cardiovascular Service Line and its associated revenue, ensuring maximum coordination of patient care, both inpatient and outpatient . The Cardiovascular Service Line Director will work to ensure a system-oriented service-line approach to leadership of this expanding service line. Current RN licensure in North Carolina. MSN, MHA or related field required. Eight years of recent Cardiovascular experience required (some Cath lab experience required), must have at least three years of leadership experience. Must have Director level experience for consideration. BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
