Description

Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Litigation Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation or real estate to join our wonderful client in Irvine, California. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the field of real estate law, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including managing pleadings, motions, and legal notices.

• Draft various legal documents such as lease agreements, discovery responses, and formal letters.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs for court proceedings.

• Collaborate with clients to address their legal concerns and provide strategic advice.

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of CA.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation or real estate.

• Proven ability to draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.

• Strong skills in legal research and briefing.

• Familiarity with discovery processes and techniques.
