    Maquinista Kellems - Primer Turno

    **Horario de turno:** Primer turno, de 5:30 AM a 2:00 PM

     

    De lunes a viernes. 40 horas semanales.

     

    **Pago:** $15.56 por hora

    Requisitos:

    1. Cuarto año de escuela secundaria completado en una institución acreditada y un curso vocacional y/o técnico en mecánica industrial.

    2. Mínimo de tres (3) a cinco (5) años de experiencia práctica en mecánica de maquinaria industrial.

    3. Conocimiento práctico en neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica, necesario para el diagnóstico y prevención de fallas en la maquinaria y el equipo.

    4. Conocimiento en lectura de planos y esquemáticos.

    5. Bilingüe, con habilidades de comprensión en español e inglés necesarias. Se recomiendan habilidades de comunicación en inglés.

    Responsabilidades:

    1. Opera herramientas típicas como taladros, máquinas de desgaste de metal, etc., junto con accesorios para realizar operaciones de esmerilado, perforación y retrabajo en cambios de piezas de repuesto como bujes, ejes, engranajes, piñones y otros.

    2. Responsable de coordinar cualquier reparación mayor con su supervisor y el departamento de servicios.

    3. Responsable de ejecutar los procedimientos de Mantenimiento Preventivo ("PM"), según lo establecido.

    4. Asegura que cumple y lleva a cabo las disposiciones de las Políticas, Procedimientos y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad de Planta Física, Finanzas, entre otros.

    5. Realiza otras tareas relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo, según lo indique el Supervisor o su designado.

    Machinist Kellems 1st Shift

    + **Temporary Position**

    + **Shift schedule: 1st shift, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM**

    + **Monday through Friday. 40 hrs.**

    + **Pay: $** 15.56 p/h (15.56ph)

    Requirements:

    1. Fourth year of High School completed in an accredited institution and a vocational and/or technical course in industrial mechanics.

    2. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery mechanics.

    3. Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity and electronics are necessary for the diagnosis and prevention of malfunctions of machinery and equipment.

    4. Knowledge of reading plans and schematics.

    5. Bilingual, comprehension skills in Spanish and English necessary. Communication skills in English, recommended.

    Responsibilities:

    1. It operates typical tools such as drills, metal wear machines, etc., along with accessories to perform grinding, drilling and re-working operations on replacement part changes such as bushings, shafts, gears, pinions and others.

    2. Responsible for coordinating any major repairs with your supervisor and service department.

    3. Responsible for executing Preventive Maintenance ("PM") procedures, as established.

    4. It ensures that it complies with and carries out the provisions of the Policies,

     

    Procedures and Rules of Occupational Safety, Quality, Environmental, Physical Plant Safety, Finance, and others.

     

    5. Performs other related duties within the work area, as directed by the Supervisor or designee.

    **Pay Details:** $15.56 per hour
