Adecco is assisting in the search for Administrative Agent positions for long term employment in Frankfort, KY. Prior customer service experience is preferred. These positions have the opportunity to be on a hybrid work schedule. An updated resume must be submitted to be considered for these positions.
• Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)
• Starting Pay: $16 an hour
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service
2. Ability to handle calls and other tasks simultaneously
3. Communicate pertinent information to management
4. Directly responds to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate section to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
5. Transfer information from system-to-system accurately
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Ability to use a computer in windows-based environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
3. Communicate in a clear and courteous manner
4. Able to actively listen to customers
5. Exceptional attendance record
6. Must be reliable and dependable

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
