    Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Learning Centre Operations Coordinator** position located in Evandale, OH 45215

     

    **Pay Rate: $** 21.00 - 24.00/HR (22.00/HR)

     

    Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

    Learning Centre Operations Coordinator

    Coordinate the daily processes and activities required to support the Learning Centre. Interface with Employees, Suppliers, Customers, and Executives to ensure world class service. The Learning Centre Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all event reservations, office management, facilities/housekeeping planning, catering, and AV/IT coordination.

    Job Description:

    + Will work with the security and catering teams a lot. Will coordinate with a lot of managers and executives

    + Manage daily facility activities to include approving or denying reservations via reservation system Cloudbooking, obtain final meeting and event details such as room set-up, AV/IT, catering.

    + Focal point for event planning, walk throughs, and execution.

    + Maintain weekly reports as the POC for coordinating and communicating between the Learning Centre staff, customers and various departments and vendors to manage information flow and efficiency of Learning Centre services.

    + Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers by offering outstanding customer service and communication.

    + Order and maintain supplies for the office space and room usage.

    + Inventory and restock room supplies.

    + Connect with Housekeeping team daily regarding building needs for the next day.

    + Conduct daily meetings with the Catering team.

    + Responsible for updating the Learning Centre Web Page.

    + Aide in set-up and teardown of functions

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Prefers some sort of higher education or 5+ years’ experience just to speak to that professionalism and coordination abilities

    + Personable, professional, detail orientated, previous experience to include some sort of coordination either HR coordination, event coordination, etc.,

    + Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs as they will help set up for events so moving tables and chairs and some décor or catering items

    + Must be proficient in Excel (for weekly reports), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook and Office, having some web design is helpful but not required as they will help to update the website

    + Detailed oriented

    + Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated

    + Highly organized with ability to multitask

    + Ability to meet deadlines

    + Problem solving skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Flexibility
