Set Up Kellems 1st Shift

**Horario del 1er Turno:** 5:30 AM a 2:00 PM

De lunes a viernes, 40 horas semanales.

**Pago:** $11.48 por hora

Requisitos:

1. Escuela vocacional o curso técnico en Mecánica Industrial.

2. De uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en una posición similar.

3. Conocimientos básicos y experiencia práctica en electrónica, neumática y electromecánica.

4. Conocimiento y/o experiencia con herramientas de medición como: calibradores, micrómetros, para su aplicación en ajustes de equipos y/o maquinaria.

5. Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación del idioma español para su aplicación en la redacción, llenado y complementación de documentación.

6. Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación del idioma inglés a nivel básico, para la aplicación en el uso de instrucciones escritas y manuales de equipos.

7. Se requiere conocimiento práctico general en sistemas computarizados.

Responsabilidades:

1. Recibe su asignación de trabajo por órdenes verbales o escritas de su supervisor o persona designada.

2. Es responsable de realizar los "set-ups" establecidos para su puesto y necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad ocupacional, como el procedimiento de **LOGOUT/TAGOUT** , producción y calidad.

3. Determina daños en la maquinaria y/o equipo, solicita partes y envía piezas rotas o desgastadas al taller para su reparación.

4. Documenta las operaciones de ajuste y reemplazo que se hayan realizado en los diferentes puestos de trabajo, siguiendo el itinerario trazado.

5. Asiste al Supervisor para asegurar que no se inicie producción sin la aprobación correspondiente de:

7. Capacitación y experiencia del personal en el producto a fabricar

8. La documentación necesaria

9. Asegura el cumplimiento y la ejecución de lo dispuesto en las Políticas, Procedimientos y Normas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.

10. Realiza otras funciones relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo según lo instruya el Supervisor o persona designada.

Pay: $11.48 per hour

Requirements:

1. Vocational School or technical course in Industrial Mechanics.

2. One (1) to two (3) years of experience in a similar position.

3. Basic knowledge and practical experience in electronics, pneumatics and

electromechanics.

4. Knowledge and/or experience with measurement tools such as: calipers, micrometers, for their application in adjusting to equipment and/or machinery.

5. Reading, writing, comprehension and interpretation of the Spanish language for its application in writing, filling out, complementing documentation.

6. Reading, writing, comprehension and interpretation of the English language at a basic level for application in the use of written instructions and equipment manuals.

7. General practical knowledge in computerized systems is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Receives your work assignment by verbal or written orders from your supervisor or designee.

2. Responsible for carrying out the set-ups established for their position and necessary to comply with occupational safety requirements, such as LOGOUT/TAGOUT Procedure, production and quality.

3. Determines damage to machinery and/or equipment, orders parts and sends broken or worn parts to the workshop for repair.

4. Document the adjustment and replacement operations that have been carried out at the different workstations, following the itinerary traced.

5. Assists the Supervisor in ensuring that production is not run without the approval as applicable of:

_ First piece

_ Training and experience of the personnel in the product to be manufactured _ The necessary documentation.

6. It ensures that it complies with and carries out the provisions of the Occupational Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies, Procedures and Rules.

7. Performs other related duties within the work area as instructed by the Supervisor or designee.

**Pay Details:** $11.48 per hour
