Job Title:** **Solutions Consultant

**Location:** SUNNYVALE, CA (94089)

**Employment Type:** Contract , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

**Pay Rate:-** $90 - 100 /hour

_About the Role:_

We’re looking for a **Solutions Consultant** who will work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions. You’ll help manage projects, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making through clear communication and collaboration.

_Key Responsibilities:_

+ Project Coordination: Manage timelines and work with content contributors to ensure budget reviews and action items (AIs) are completed on time.

+ Reporting & Analysis: Pull reports, identify and fix data issues, and ensure accurate reporting.

+ Facilitate Reviews: Lead monthly budget review meetings, guide discussions, and ensure clear decisions and action items are documented.

+ Executive Communication: Review and edit budget decks to ensure clarity and relevance for senior leadership.

+ Solution Development: Help design and deliver solutions based on business needs and technical requirements.

+ Documentation & Content Creation: Create and update best practices, tutorials, and other helpful content.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support strategic conversations.

+ Product Feedback: Identify gaps in current products and collaborate with teams to improve features and performance.

_Assessment Requirements:_

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail, especially in reporting and data accuracy.

+ Clear and confident communication skills, especially when presenting to senior leaders.

+ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.

+ Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating productive meetings.

_Preferred Skills:_

+ Project management and stakeholder engagement.

+ Technical understanding of systems integration and product deployment.

+ Experience in consulting or solution development.

+ Familiarity with business operations and industry trends.

**Pay Details:** $90.00 to $100.00 per hour
