    Job Summary:

    Typical Day in the Role

    • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is this is the account team that supports non-profit organizations affiliates in North America.

    • Key projects: This role will serve as a sales Consultant supporting outbound efforts for North America Non-Profits, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating customer follow-up, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring the team remains aligned with current processes and procedures.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would showcase experience with Dynamics 365, technical proficiency, and documentation support, along with a background in account executive roles or inside sales teams. Experience in Operational Support and Coordination The role demands someone who can manage high-volume communications (200+ emails/day), coordinate meetings, track campaign execution, and follow up on action items. Candidates with prior experience in business support, executive assistance, or operations coordination—especially in fast-paced environments—are well-suited [1].

    2. Familiarity with Partner Engagement and Sales Processes Given the scale of outreach (1,300+ affiliate accounts), the coordinator must be comfortable aligning partner sessions, managing follow-ups, and supporting partner-led campaigns.     3. Strong Documentation and Communication Skills The coordinator will assist with BVAs, ROI summaries, and proposal drafts for leadership. Candidates should have experience preparing executive-level documents, synthesizing data into insights, and supporting leadership reviews [2] [4].
