Adecco is hiring immediately Plastic Injection Operators at Southco Inc. in Glen Mills, PA with the opportunity of overtime, as needed. Plastic Injection Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. The Plastic Injection Operator is responsible for running and maintaining a cell of injection-molding machines, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient production processes. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor a cell of injection-molding machines to meet production targets

+ Inspect products for quality, color accuracy, and dimensions using gauges and color measurement equipment

+ Ensure machines run at peak efficiency, quality, and rate throughout the shift.

+ Perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of injection mold tooling

+ Accurately count, package, and weigh completed products, record production quantities in the system

+ Work accurately within the SAP business system and interact with real-time production monitoring systems

+ Operate robotics and other automated equipment

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (JDIs and CIs)

+ Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

+ Maintain 5S standards and adhere to department work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot

+ Good math skills and ability to use measuring instruments

+ Ability to read blueprints and understand SPC

+ Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team

+ Strong time management and prioritization skills

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Schedule:

+ Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM –6:30 AM

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
