Job Title: Travel Machinist and Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist and Programmer responsible for manufacturing parts per print specifications utilizing both manual and CNC machine centers. The role involves making or repairing machine tools and maintaining industrial machines in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities

+ Manufacture parts according to print specifications utilizing manual and CNC machine centers.

+ Edit and adjust CNC machining programs using Mazatrol controls.

+ Set up and run a variety of machine tools to manufacture parts according to specifications.

+ Check all diameters and dimensions to ensure accuracy.

+ Study blueprints and plan efficient methods to manufacture parts.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Mazatrol CNC programming.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with CNC machining.

+ Skill in editing and adjusting CNC programs.

+ Familiarity with CNC mill setup and operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Exposure to Autodesk 360.

+ Experience with FeatureCAM.

Work Environment

The position is based in a factory environment where employees are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level can be high, but reasonable accommodations are made to support individuals with disabilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
