Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Join our team to assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels. This role involves high-volume production and requires precision and attention to detail. Shift is 3-2-3 (3days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels.

+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Participate actively in the assembly line to meet production targets.

+ Ensure quality control by checking completed assemblies.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a production-based role for at least 6 months.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.

+ Dexterity in handling small components such as microchips, PCBs, and SD cards.

+ Understanding of blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Soldering and wiring expertise.

+ Previous experience in a high-volume production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
