    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all field activities for our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the production of high-quality structures while maintaining the project schedule and budget.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage, coordinate, and supervise all field activities.

    + Produce quality structures on schedule and under budget.

    + Direct all activities of subcontractors and self-perform associates.

    + Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with a general contractor

    + Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects

    + Experience in renovation, addition, and new construction projects

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

     

    Provides full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Public works projects so they constantly have a ton of work. Ability to contribute to a 401k.

    This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
