Job Title: Electrical Power Distribution Designer

Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals with experience in electrical power distribution to support pole replacement projects in Texas. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and provides an opportunity to collaborate on designing, updating, and maintaining efficient electrical systems.

Responsibilities

+ Design and layout electrical power distribution systems.

+ Update and modify existing electrical systems to enhance performance.

+ Ensure systems are designed to avoid overloads and prevent outages.

+ Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to achieve project goals.

+ Utilize CAD software and other tools for effective design and project management.

+ Adhere to established safety policies and procedures.

+ Monitor project deadlines and track progress effectively.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.

+ Minimum of 2 years of distribution design experience, specifically with pole rejection/replacement work.

+ 2+ years of DDS (Distribution Design Software) experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Associate's degree or certificate in CAD for entry-level positions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
