Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated AutoCAD Architectural Drafter to join our team, specializing in residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in drafting and design, contributing to the creation of beautiful homes.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with the interior designer and structural engineer to meet customer requirements.

+ Assist in designing homes to align with customer expectations.

+ Update base plans of homes according to customer requirements or changes.

+ Perform design work using AutoCAD.

+ Understand and apply building codes in designs.

+ Conduct occasional field visits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
