• Controls Engineer

    Actalent (Itasca, IL)


    + Develop and configure drive systems for automated machinery.

    + Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.

    + Design and implement HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications.

    + Integrate and support data acquisition and SCADA systems.

    + Design electrical circuits and develop associated documentation.

    + Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for system components.

    + Conduct system testing and validation prior to deployment.

    + Perform system start-ups and commissioning at customer sites.

    + Provide field engineering services for customer drive systems and automation controls.

    + Deliver technical assistance and customer service to internal teams and external clients.

    + Conduct engineering studies to support system improvements and troubleshooting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
