    Project Manager – Large Scale Construction

    Role Overview

    Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of core and shell construction. You’ll lead coordination efforts, oversee subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and manage project schedules using P6 and Procore

    + Coordinate excavation, precast, and MEP interfaces

    + Oversee procurement, submittals, and change management

    + Lead weekly coordination meetings and ensure cross-trade alignment

    + Drive performance with a focus on safety and schedule

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Experience with evolving scopes and limited design documentation

    + Familiarity with deep foundations, precast systems, and winter logistics

    + Willingness to travel and spend time on-site prior to full mobilization

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
