Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within NYC. This role involves performing general building maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. The Facilities Technician will collaborate with Facilities Department leaders to maintain the aesthetic of stores and ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
+ Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
+ Conduct plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and appliance repairs.
+ Collaborate with Facilities Department leaders to maintain the aesthetic of stores.
+ Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general facilities maintenance.
+ Proficiency in drywall and painting.
+ Basic carpentry skills.
+ Able to travel to different retail locations throughout Manhattan

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.
