    Responsibilities:

    + 📄 Read and follow route sheets and blueprints

    + 🧴 Apply adhesives and sealants using proper tools

    + ⚙️ Operate conveyor machines to load panels

    + 🔍 Inspect work to meet IPC standards

    + 💻 Use Paradigm system to manage work orders

    + 🔄 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    + 🔧 Cross-train in other production areas

    + 🧼 Keep work area clean and organized

    + ✅ Work toward becoming a certified operator

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
