Position Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity in our Scottsdale, Arizona location! This position on our Finance Operations Regulatory Reporting team will be responsible for driving data accuracy and process efficiencies to ensure timely delivery of regulatory and customer reports supporting current and future government reporting deliverables.
This position provides operational guidance and technical support for several Center for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) programs. In this position, you will be responsible for the collection, analysis, validation and processing of member and pharmacy data to support CMS reporting requirements You will use your understanding of government/healthcare reporting, underlying data elements, and SQL code utilized to create reports, identify trends and data anomalies within government reports. You will also use your strong communication skills to support business partner and/or government requirements into technology enabled solutions. This position will interface directly internal stakeholders and data owners, clients, CMS, CMS vendors, and external data auditors.
Required Qualifications
+ Candidates must have 3+ years of work or internship experience
+ Experience analyzing large amounts of data and supporting Internal/external customers with data and reporting needs.
+ Experience with analytical tools such as VBA, SQL, or related applications
Preferred Qualifications
+ Able to identify root causes of problems, and develop and implement solutions, incorporating business needs and consulting management as needed. Includes business considerations in analysis and offers direction to keep projects aligned
+ Able to interpret instructions, ask analytical questions, validate report/query information, and detect flaws in requests or suggested methodologies

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
