    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and technically proficient Architectural Project Manager with demonstrated capabilities in design and production. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative design environment, working on a diverse range of public and developer building types. These include housing projects, K-12 and Higher Education facilities, Public/Governmental work, Community Buildings, Athletic Facilities, and Interiors.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure successful results through effective project management techniques.

    + Supervise the production of design and contract documents.

    + Lead the design team, coordinating all staff to meet project goals, objectives, and schedules.

    + Establish and monitor project budgets to ensure profitability.

    + Manage and review the performance of the design team.

    + Interface with and manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials.

    + Assist with quality assurance reviews of project documents.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD Architecture is a must.

    + Public Sector background is essential.

    + Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

    + Understanding of building construction processes.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Architecture License/registration is a plus.

    + Full AutoCAD proficiency is beneficial.

    + Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work independently.

    + Demonstrated ability to work within a team dynamic.

    + Strong communication skills in a small office environment.

    + Experience with K-12, Commercial, Healthcare, public works, educational projects, and retail is advantageous.

    + Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree preferred.

    + Familiarity with Adobe and other CAD and office admin programs is beneficial.

    + LEED© accreditation is a plus.

    + Ability to produce and coordinate a thorough construction document package.

    + Commitment to design quality, client services, and attention to detail.

    + Inventive and creative thinking with the ability to work in a team environment.

    + Ability to deliver effective presentations and run project meetings.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
