Are you ready to help build something BIG from the ground up? We’re launching a brand-new Medical Staffing Division, and we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Full Desk Recruiter/Business Developer to lead the charge. This is your chance to take ownership, make an impact, and create a legacy within a growing organization. What You’ll Do: * Build & Grow: Lead the creation of a brand-new division in medical staffing, shaping its culture, strategy, and success from day one. * Full Desk Hustle: Manage the full cycle – from client acquisition and relationship building to recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier healthcare professionals. * Be a Connector: Match amazing clinicians with healthcare facilities that need them most, creating win-win partnerships. * Develop Business: Prospect, pitch, and partner with hospitals, clinics, and care facilities across the metroplex and beyond. * Drive Impact: Your success directly fuels growth—you won’t just fill roles, you’ll build a division. What We’re Looking For: * A self-starter who thrives on both recruiting talent and closing new business. * Previous staffing experience (healthcare a huge plus, but not required if you’re a proven full desk pro). * A builder’s mindset: you’re energized by the challenge of creating something new. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. Why Join Us? * Ground-floor opportunity: Be part of building a new division with unlimited growth potential. * Entrepreneurial environment: Your ideas and drive will shape the future of this business. * Support + Autonomy: Backed by resources, but trusted to own your desk and your division. * Growth potential: As the division grows, so does your career trajectory. This isn’t just another recruiting role—it’s a chance to create, innovate, and grow a business within a business. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to take your recruiting and business development skills to the next level, this is it. Ready to launch? Let’s build something incredible together. Responsibilities * Work with the sales team on recruiting planning meetings. * Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. * Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. * Conduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. * Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. * Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. * Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues. * Utilize the Internet for recruitment. This includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources; research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. * Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally. * Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. * Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings. * Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. * Coordinate recruiting initiatives. * Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. * Give presentations, attend group meetings, and increase awareness of the company before and after career fairs. * Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. * Conduct prescreening interviews. * Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Performing reference and background checks for potential employees. * Call on facilities to sale our staffing services.
