    Adecco is hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk in Bohemia, NY!

     

    If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong experience with Excel and CorePay, this could be a great opportunity for you. Experience with NetSuite is a **plus** !

    Responsibilities:

    + Process and enter invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions

    + Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing

    + Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

    + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

    + Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

    Qualifications:

    + **Proficient in Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)

    + Familiarity with **CorePay** (or similar payroll/AP systems)

    + Experience with **NetSuite is preferred** but not required

    + 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

    + High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
