**Job Title:** Financial Analyst – Operations & Supply Chain

Overview:
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Financial Analyst** to support both **Operations Finance** and **Supply Chain Finance** teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and financial planning across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Operations and Supply Chain teams
+ Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
+ Prepare and analyze key metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and streamline financial processes
+ Conduct cost analysis and identify areas of opportunity or risk
+ Provide support in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
+ Assist in developing financial models and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
+ 2+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in supply chain or operations support
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
