Warehouse Manager

**Location:** Centennial, CO

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations. This role will lead a team of supervisors and associates, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

+ Align warehouse operations with company goals and customer requirements

+ Supervise and train warehouse and stockroom staff

+ Monitor receiving, picking, inventory, and shipping activities

+ Implement cost control measures and operational policies

+ Oversee daily cycle counts and approve inventory adjustments

+ Identify finished goods ready for shipment and ensure timely kit pulls for production

+ Manage shrinkage tracking and reporting

+ Prepare monthly warehouse operating reports

+ Create and maintain Kanban systems for stocked items

+ Maintain consignment inventory and ensure accurate tracking

+ Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe, compliant work environment

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

+ Adhere to standard operating procedures

Qualifications

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, and inventory management

+ At least 2 years of team leadership experience

+ Prior experience in contract manufacturing or distribution environments

+ Experience with domestic and international shipping processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $48.07/hr.
