**Job Title:** Water Treatment Operator

**Location:** Fort Lupton, CO

**Pay Rate:** $20/hour (Day Shift) | $22/hour (Night Shift)

Schedule:** 60–85 hours/week — **Must be willing to work overtime

Shifts:

+ Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

+ **Requirement:** Valid Driver’s License

Position Overview

Join a high-performing team supporting water treatment operations for frac sites across Colorado. This hands-on role involves transporting, treating, and monitoring water using advanced equipment and technology in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor water systems using tablets and iPads

+ Set up and maintain poly pipe, lay flat hose, pumps, and generators

+ Collect, test, and record water sample data

+ Safely handle chemicals and assist with spill containment

+ Communicate with crew via radios and hand signals

+ Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols

+ Attend daily safety briefings and crew planning sessions

Qualifications

Required:

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor environments

+ Experience in construction, general labor, mechanical, or chemical fields

+ Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

+ Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or warehouse environments

+ Familiarity with water transfer systems or frac site operations

Work Environment

+ Report daily to the shop for safety meetings and crew assignments

+ Work outdoors on frac pads or along right-of-ways (ROW)

+ Shifts typically last 14+ hours with rotating days off

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
