•** **Shift Options:

+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM ( _Enjoy a 3-day weekend + 15% shift differential!_ )

•** **What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble precision components in departments like **Magnet Assembly, Gear Motor, Medical, or Electronics** .

+ Use **blueprints, calipers, micrometers** , and hand/power tools to build high-quality products.

+ Operate epoxy machines and work with delicate parts requiring attention to detail.

+ Collaborate with a supportive team in a **low-volume, high-mix production environment** .

•** **What We’re Looking For:

+ **1+ year** of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

+ Bonus: Experience in **electronics, gear motors, medical assembly** , or **hobby auto mechanics** .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
