Medical Assembler – 1st Shift | $20/hr
_Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_
Join a fast-paced and supportive production team where your work directly impacts patient care. We’re hiring a **Medical Assembler** to help build high-quality medical equipment used in hospital rooms across the country. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
+ Assemble components for bedside monitoring devices
+ Follow detailed assembly instructions and standard operating procedures
+ Identify and document defective parts or process errors
+ Perform final testing on subassemblies to ensure quality
+ Collaborate with team members and cross-train across six workstations
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
+ At least 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical or medical device assembly
+ Comfortable using hand tools and reading basic instructions
+ Basic computer skills (MS Word proficiency preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to follow manufacturing processes and maintain accurate documentation
+ Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
+ Able to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs
+ Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
